Unable to EFILE (Québec) the tax return after installing Windows 10 Creators Update

I have installed a Windows 10 update; it is possible that the CO-17 return that was filed electronically to Revenu Québec did not include the PDF of the tax return. Why is that?

You have installed Windows 10 Creators Update AFTER your latest DT Max update, the PDF file generated by the program is empty. Please take the following steps in order to re-enable this feature:

– Close DT Max.
– Open Windows Explorer (WinKey + E).
– Navigate to the C:\Program Files (x86)\DT Max folder.
– Right-click on the OCRA file and select Install.
– If you are prompted for confirmation, click Yes.
